Upland magazine, Summer 2008

Welcome to upland, an introduction to some of the Macaulay Land Use Research Institute’s research related to the sustainable use of wildlife. Much of this work is based in Scotland, and focuses on our most iconic species – red deer, red grouse, salmon and mountain hares.
