Sharing Good Practice workshop, Nov 2007

 

As part of the Sharing Good Practice workshop on 'The Place of People in the Planning System', hosted by Scottish Natural Heritage, co-organised with Planning Aid Scotland , the VLT was showcased for participants.

 

 

 

Demonstrations were given of the role of visualisation tools in raising awareness of landscape issues amongst public audiences, and interactive tools for supporting site planning and impact assessments.

 

 

 

Participants were also introduced to the work undertaken in collaboration with the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park Authority on engaging younger people in the development of local plans.
