In May 2006, the theatre was at the All Energy Conference and Exhibition, held at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre, at which a revised layout of the proposed windfarm offshore of Aberdeen was presented.

In May 2005, the theatre was used at its first event outwith the Institute. This was the All Energy Conference and Exhibition at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre, at which a virtual reality model of the proposed windfarm offshore of Aberdeen was presented.
