Blackhall Forest - snow damaged Sitka spruce

This site located in the North East of Scotland consists of Sitka spruce planted in 1951. The stand of trees werebadly damaged by snow in the late winter of 1995/6. A total of 24 trees were sampled from the site. The diameter of all trees within part of sub-compartment 1010e was recorded.
