Blackhall Forest - snow damaged Scots pine

This site located in the North East of Scotland consists of Scots pine planted in 1952. The stand of trees were badly damaged by snow in the late winter of 1995/6. A total of 24 trees were sampled from the site. The diameter of all trees within part of sub-compartment 1014a was recorded.
