| 29th November 2001 | WoodDeer WorkshopA workshop on the end-user requirements for WoodDeer (a decision support system for managing deer in woodlands in the uplands of Scotland) was held at the Macaulay Land Use Research Institute on Thursday 29th November 2001. Participants from a wide range of backgrounds including forestry, stalking, estate and woodland management, science and conservation, discussed the issues surrounding the management of deer in woodlands and how these could be addressed by a decision support tool.
